Return and / or replacement of goods
All claims against goods of inadequate quality, goods not received, and goods received in excess are accepted within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, not counting the day of purchase. For this you need:

Reasons for returning
– Items that are defective or damaged. We will send you a new product after receiving the defective product in our warehouse. If you prefer a refund, this will be the amount you paid at the time of purchase, and sometimes it differs from the current price of the product. Refunds are made using the same payment method that you used for the online purchase.
– Invalid item. If we make a mistake and send the wrong product, let us know and we will send you the right product as soon as possible, telling us the date of receipt.
We accept the return of new, unopened, unused items in the original packaging in accordance with the requirements of applicable law. The term for the consideration of the claim is 5 working days from the receipt of the defective goods and the act.
Claims for the return of the amount of money paid for the goods are satisfied within 14 business days from the date of filing the corresponding claim. Returns are made to the customer’s current account after receiving the goods at the Company’s warehouse and checking the condition.
The cost of returning the fault of the Customer (erroneous order, incorrectly selected goods and their quantity, unchecked safety of the goods upon delivery) is borne by the Customer, in all other cases – our Company.
Please open the order immediately after receiving it and in the presence of the courier. In case of damage to the goods, file a claim with the courier, who in your presence will issue an act of detection of shortage or damage to the goods.
