This food supplement contains the following ingredients:
Dry blackcurrant leaf extract (Ribes nigrum L.)
Dry Dandelion Extract (Taraxacum officinale Webber)
Dry green tea leaf extract (Thea sinensis L.)

Format: 15 sticks
Mix 1 stick in a 500 ml water bottle and mix vigorously until completely dissolved. Granulate is now easier to dissolve.
Daily dose = 1 stick + 1 bottle of 500 ml.
